Dissection

09:30 – 10:30        Palpebral Phase: Superior and inferior eyelid approach. Exposure of the orbital rim  

10:30-11:00           Exposure of the superior and inferior orbital fissures

11:00 – 11:30        Identification and exposure of temporalis muscle

11:30 – 12:00       Complete exposure of anterior and middle fossa dura (with identification of sagittal crest)

12:00 – 13:00       Lesser wing, optic canal region and ACP exposure

14:00 – 15:00       Meningo-orbital band management and CS interdural dissection (to MC)

11:00-13:00           COMBINED approach, transnasal-transorbital to petro-clival regions
